Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt split after 18 years together
The 'Friends With Kids' co-stars go their separate ways
Long-term couple Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt have broken up, after dating for 18 years.
"With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history," the couple told People in a joint statement. "We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward."
Jon, who is known for playing protagonist Don Draper in TV series Mad Men, started a relationship with Jennifer in 1997. The two of them appeared on film together, including Kissing Jessica Stein and 2012 romantic comedy Friends with Kids – Jennifer directed, wrote and starred in the latter.
