Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are married!
Meanwhile, the new Magic Mike XXL trailer is out, big names to perform at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards and Katy Perry shares her Super Bowl experience
Johnny and Amber exchange "I dos"
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were set to marry this weekend on Depp's private island in the Bahamas, but apparently the 51-year old actor just couldn't wait to make his 29-year-old fiancée Mrs. Depp and the couple tied the knot in an intimate civil ceremony on Tuesday, February 3, at the actor's Hollywood home.
Johnny and Amber will host a bigger wedding at Johnny's 45-acre island, Little Hall's Pond Cay, this weekend. Depp named the beaches on his island after his children Lily Rose and Jack, Gonzo for Hunter S. Thompson and Brando as a tribute to Marlon Brando. But we wonder if he will soon re-name Paradis Beach (named after his ex, French singer Vanessa Paradis) to Heard Beach?
Magic Mike is XXL
When last we heard of Mike, he was turning his back on the world of male stripping. But this month Magic Mike, played by Channing Tatum (who once worked as a stripper in real life), is back for a sequel and stripping better than ever! The sequel, set to hit cinemas in July, sees Mike on a road trip from Tampa to Myrtle Beach for a stripping convention with Ken and Big Dick Richie, played by Matt Bomer and Joe Manganiello respectively. We know it's not the weekend yet, but here is the sequel's steamy trailer for you to watch. Over and over. You're welcome.
The Grammys goes all out
We know it would be hard to top Beyoncé's appearance last year, in which she performed a Flashdance-inspired Drunk in Love chair dance with husband Jay Z, but the 57th Annual Grammy Awards are prepared to go all out. Aside from appearances by Madonna, Ariana Grande, John Legend and Lady Gaga, musical heavyweights Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney are also set to perform FourFiveSeconds live for the first time, while rock fans will be excited to know that Coldplay frontman Chris Martin will share the spotlight with American singer-songwriter Beck. With all the big names lined up, who do you think will steal the show this year?
Katy Perry is bossy
"In my show, I am boss daddy. I am boss mommy. They call me 'Boss.' Everything goes through my eyes," shares Katy Perry in her latest interview with Elle in the US. She adds, "I call all the shots, 100 percent of it!"
For her NFL Super Bowl half-time show, however, the pop star had to be accountable to several levels of red tape – whether for her costumes to her budget – which saw her inner control freak take a back seat. "We love this opportunity, but once you decide you're gonna do the Super Bowl, you're gonna have no f***ing life for six months," she says.
