You probably know Jena Malone for Sucker Punch, Pride & Prejudice and more recently as the rebellious Johanna Mason in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, but did you know that she also sings?

If not, you should get acquainted with her folkish, soulful voice in the music video for her band, The Shoe's new song, Dead Rabbit Hopes, taken from the band's upcoming EP I'm Okay.

In said video, the actress shows off nearly all of her body as she frolics around in flower petals. With only pretty arrangements covering her private parts and pasties on her breasts, the song's message is clear; be comfortable with your own body.

Posting on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, The Shoe wrote "Women! Ladies... If you do not value your body as your own work of art, no one ever will."

Jena said that she wanted to approach feminine beauty and sexuality differently.

"I wanted to desexualise my own naked body while upholding its own perfect eternal grace. I didn't want it to be about lingerie or booty shorts. I wanted it to be about the work of art that you are born with," the 29-year-old told Stereogum.

Jena formed The Shoe with composer Lem Jay Ignacio in 2008. The I'm Okay EP will be released 3 June 2014. Listen to another track, Paper Cup from the album here.
