Alanis's new 'Ironic' is about social media and traffic jams – life in 2015, essentially

Ironic lyric update
Video: The Late Late Show with James Corden

Singing about Facebook, Twitter, Tinder, Netflix and Snapchat is an everyday thing at The Late Late Show with James Corden, especially when Alanis Morissette is on the show. James and Alanis, wearing braids, a beanie and matching clothes, gave a new spin to the latter's 1996 hit Ironic from her album Jagged Little Pill.

It's the (ironic) rework you've been waiting for, with all the 21st century references, quirks and frustrations that the digital age brought on. Alanis glides through the song with her unique voice, as James, the adoring fan that he is, ends the duet with a hilarious freestyle. Props to these two for summing up 2015 so perfectly.
