Nothing like an internet trend to get the #pantsuitnation pumped about the US elections

As the world holds its breath in anticipation of the 2016 US election results, Democratic Party presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and her crew, which included singer Jon Bon Jovi, took on the Mannequin Challenge on a plane.

Hillary's video did not include hip hop duo Rae Sremmurd's Black Beatles playing in the background, as the trend usually includes. But Rae Sremmurd did us all a favour and reposted an edited version.

Hillary isn't a stranger to internet trends. An iconic photograph of her texting on a flight from Malta to Libya in 2011 gave life to the Texts From Hillary meme, which her husband Bill Clinton once spoofed as an April Fools' joke.

More celebrities have taken the #MannequinChallenge.
