Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has announced her plans to leave her lifestyle website Goop, which she founded in 2008.

"In order to build the brand I want to build, its scalability is limited if I connect to it," Gwyneth said at the 2016 Sage Summit in Chicago. "So I always think: 'How can I grow the brand? How can I separate myself from the brand?' and I think it's going to be more its own brand. My dream is that one day no one will remember that I had anything to do with it."

However, according to Us Weekly, the actress still intends to stay committed to the brand and only saw her departure from it as a way to help it "grow and build on its success of its own." If all goes as intended, Goop will no longer be looked at as 'Gwyneth Paltrow's blog.'
