Elton John and David Furnish officially tie the knot
There's no better reason to set up an Instagram account than for your wedding, right? Sir Elton kicked off his new social media feed with an invitation to all – Instagrammers included – to join him and David on their special day yesterday, 21 December. While most of us admired the festivities from our mobile phone screens, guests who attended for real included the Beckham family, David Walliams, Jimmy Carr, Ed Sheeran, Hugh Grant and singer Lulu.

The ceremony, which took place at the couple's estate in Berkshire, saw their two sons, Zachary and Elijah, serve as ringbearers. These bunnies were what they used to hold the rings.
The venue was decorated with red roses, just as David and Elton had at their civil partnership ceremony nine years ago. "They brought us so much luck," Elton wrote. Here's to a lifetime of luck and happiness, then. Congratulations to the happy couple and family!
Beyonce's gift to the Orange is the New Black star included a Cake by the Pound sweatshirt and a shot of the singer from that funny moment in her 7-11 music video. Laverne's reaction was no less ecstatic than any fan's would have been.
"So when I opened this holiday card a few days ago and read Love @beyonce I literally fell to the floor," Laverne wrote on Instagram. "I was on the floor of my apartment. I have witnesses. Love the #CakeByThePound sweatshirt. Thanks Bey for the gift. I have had an awesome year and this is certainly a highlight. Happy holidays Mrs. Carter to you and your beautiful family. Thanks for all the amazing music and endless inspiration you've given to me and so many over the past 16 years. Since No No No I have been saying YASSS YASSS YASSS!"
Zosia Mamet sings with her band Chacha
Zosia Mamet has someone special, who she calls wonderful and "better than I could've imagined." When she met him, she thought he was perfect and that she wasn't good enough for him. So she wrote a song, called Too Good, about this person. Performing with her new band Chacha at New York's Sleep No More theatre show, Zosia showed off her bluesy vocals with Too Good and Blue Christmas.

In other news, the Girls actress will reportedly workshop the role of Evelyn, Patrick Bateman's girlfriend in musical adaptation of American Psycho starring Doctor Who's Matt Smith. It's only a workshop so far, but there's always hoping that Zosia will be offered a Broadway role to further showcase her talents.
Kourtney Kardashian's son has a name now
The new baby in the Kardashian-Disick family is called Reign Ashton Disick. Kourtney's third child with Scott joins Mason Dash and Penelope Scotland in a contest for the most bad-ass names on earth. Okay, we kid. Anyway, here's an adorable photo of little Reign's hand in mummy's.
Chris Martin jokes about being kidnapped by Angelina Jolie
You may already know that a Coldplay song, Miracles, features in Angelina Jolie's Unbroken, but what you may not know is how Chris Martin was 'coerced' into writing it.
"I got a message that said, 'Meet in this undisclosed location. You'll be blindfolded and picked up by seven ex–Navy SEALs,'" Chris told Vulture. "So they kidnapped me, hit me over the head, and sprayed me with Mace. When I woke up, I was in an office, and Brad Pitt was doing push-ups as Angelina Jolie was just sitting there with her crown on. There was also a guy holding a knife to my throat, and she said, 'Write me a song, or else.' And Brad Pitt said, 'Yeah. What she said.'"
Yes, he was joking. Listen to the song that got Chris 'kidnapped' below.
