Cara Delevingne had a very awkward interview
Let the cringe-fest begin
[Updated 30 July 2015] After being called out for acting like a b**ch by Whoopi Goldberg and Nicole Wallace on The View yesterday, Cara Delevingne took to Twitter to defend herself. But the British model did not stand alone as she was backed up by actor Zach Braff and Good Morning America's social media editor Jeff Lowe among many others.
Some people just don't understand sarcasm or the British sense of humour— Cara Delevingne (@Caradelevingne) July 29, 2015
@Caradelevingne or how it's condescending to ask an actress if she's read the book.— Zach Braff (@zachbraff) July 29, 2015
Cara Delevingne just had a seriously awkward interview with the anchors of Good Morning Sacramento as they discussed her Paper Towns role yesterday.
It all started when one of the hosts asked Cara if she had read the John Green book. Cara subtly but sarcastically replied with "Uh no. I never read the book or the script. I kind of winged it. No, of course, [I did]. John Green is an incredible author, so really if you haven't read his books, you should."
But her sarcasm didn't stop there. In fact, it got so bad that one of the newscasters eventually cut the interview short and told Cara to "go and take a nap and maybe have a Redbull." Yikes! Watch the interview above.
