Ever since her sensational cover and interview came out in Vanity Fair's June issue, Caitlyn Jenner has been nothing but inspirational. In addition to her upcoming documentary series called I Am Cait, Caitlyn also gets her own column called The Real Me on WhoSay where she will be writing weekly about LGBT people and issues.

For her first post, she took the chance to thank her fans and supporters. She also shed some light on some very sad issues that the transgender community face. "I've heard every horror story there is in the book. You wouldn't believe the types of ordeals these people have had, how they have had to literally fight for their own survival," she wrote.

She added, "Many trans teens are bullied and abused in high school. It's just horrendous. Then there's the other dark side of this issue: did you know that nearly 25% of the women in high-end sex business are reportedly trans women?"
