Something Wicked is to finally get its debut this April 4th, a little over four years after the death of one of its stars, Brittany Murphy, shocked the world in December 2009.

The production of the indie thriller had taken place sometime mid 2009 and is the actress' last film. She got her breakout film role in 1995 comedy Clueless, and went on to star in numerous films like Uptown Girls, Happy Feet, Sin City, Little Black Book, and Just Married.

Brittany plays a psychiatrist in Something Wicked. According to producer Joe Colleran, it is "the most chilling performance of her career." The story follows a young newlywed couple, Christine and James who are about to start their happy lives together, when they realise that a tormented young man is stalking Christine and will stop at nothing to be with her.

Something Wicked also stars Shantel VanSanten, John Robinson, and James Patrick Stuart.
