Blac Chyna posts emoji to announce her pregnancy

But that apparently wasn't how she intended to share the good news

Blac Chyna didn't want people to know she was pregnant (yet), but because her in-laws (the Kardashians) reportedly spilled the beans on the good news, "her hand was forced", according to her publicist.

The result: a subtle-but-not-so-subtle Instagram emoji of herself, with pink hair and a swollen belly, posted on both her and boyfriend Rob Kardashians' Instagram accounts.

"She would have preferred to have announced it on Mother's Day herself, but her hand was forced," Blac Chyna's publicist told The Cut. "But allegedly the other half of her family leaked her story so she had to announce it... It's the business. There's a TV show to promote."

You know what's next on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, don't you?

Blac Chyna shares a son, King Cairo Stevenson, with ex-fiancé Tyga, who is now dating Rob's half-sister Kylie Jenner. It's a family tree mash-up you'll need a pen and paper to grasp, but good news is good news. Congratulations to the happy family!

Posting a series of Mother's Day greetings over the weekend, Rob dedicated one to his girlfriend: "And last but not least happy mamas day to this beautiful Mama, I fell in Love with her immediately because of how great of a mom she is and now I'm looking forward to starting a Family with her ! Thank You Chy for everything you do for me [sic]."
