There is no stopping Beyoncé when it comes to empowering women. The cover of Time’s 100 Most Influential People 2014's latest single Pretty Hurts is about the pitfalls of being pretty.

Making use of her influential status, Queen Bey is urging fans to join the conversation by hashtagging #whatispretty on social media pictures or videos and explaining what the word 'pretty' means to them.

Beauty is in the eyes on the beholder and you are the judge of #whatispretty in yourself or in your life. Your scars, freckles, frizzy locks... embrace them for they are the things that make you unique. And don’t let anybody tell you otherwise.
