Beyoncé Lands Cover of TIME Magazine's "100 Most Influential" Issue
Queen Bey named Titan by TIME Magazine, alongside Pharrell, Serena Williams, and Hillary Clinton
Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg's article in TIME Magazine starts by saying that "Beyoncé doesn't just sit at the table. She builds a better one," and we can't help but nod in agreement.
She empowers girls by banning bossy. The Topshop shift dress she wore sold out in a matter of minutes. Her and husband Jay-Z's upcoming tour blew up the internet. The video of her letting loose with her sister Solange has gained over a million views on YouTube.
Whether it's music, fashion, PSAs, or spontaneous dancing, the 32-year-old singer and actress admits that it's really about the influence she's had on culture.
But then, who influences Beyoncé?
"I feel like my mother and my daughter have been probably the most influential. And being a mother, becoming a mother... made me into a woman and made me very, very strong," she revealed in her behind-the-scenes video.
It's not hard to see why Beyoncé has been named a Titan. With a career that continues to blossom – we won't forget the bombshell she dropped that was a surprise eponymous album last December – there really is no stopping Queen Bey.
