Barack Obama is making the best out of the final months of his second term as President of the United States. At BET's Love and Happiness: A Musical Experience event held on the South Lawn of the White house last week, POTUS contributed to the night's festivities by dancing to Drake's Hotline Bling.

Usher caught it all on camera and posted it as an Instagram Story, which has been immortalised on Twitter by a good soul. Bless him/her, bless Usher, bless Obama.

The White House's musical night is a yearly tradition for Obamas since his tenure began in 2009 – it celebrates some of America's culturally-rich musical genres like classic, country, blues, Broadway, gospel, Motown, Latin and jazz. After the concert, he assured the crowd that "there will be no twerking tonight. At least not by me. I don't know about Usher."

"This has been one of our favourite traditions and it's with little a bit of bitter-sweetness that this is our final musical evening as President and First Lady," Obama said to moans from the crowd. "I know. It's gonna be a'ight."
