Angelina Jolie talks about running for office
Will there be a day when ‘Vote for Jolie’ comes to bear?
Angelina Jolie may be known for her brilliant acting and humanitarian work across the globe, but is the mother of six taking her interest from the box office to an actual public office of politics?
Recently appearing on Good Morning America, Angelina spoke about the possibility of entering politics. "You know if I thought I'd be effective, I would, but I'm not sure if I would ever be taken seriously in that way, and be able to be effective… I wonder if by now if my skeletons are out," she joked. "They're probably all out. I don't know if I have any left!"
In our opinion, Angelina's credentials are pretty spot-on: as well as her numerous trips abroad for humanitarian work, she's worked as the Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugee for over a decade, before being promoted to Special Envoy. And of course, how can we not mention her adoption of her three beautiful children?
