Chiara Ferragni takes on the scorching Anza Borrego Desert with SK-II
How will the Italian fashion blogger's skin fare in the extreme heat and dryness of the desert?
Face The Wild is a collaborative campaign between SK-II and National Geographic, in which four famous women including Chiara Ferragni push themselves to the limit in some of the world's most extreme environments.
Chiara was very excited to take up the challenge as she loves going for strolls. But anyone can see that her visit to Central America's Anza Borrego Desert was no walk in the park. After trekking across the rough, moisture-less terrain with National Geographic Young Explorer grantee Hannah Reyes, Chiara still had one final test: to see if her skin looks great despite the strain. With SK-II's Facial Treatment Essence, it did.
"There is so much dryness, I thought it could have really damaged my skin," Chiara said. "I'm actually quite surprised, because my skin looks amazing after being in such dry weather."
It's all in how you care for your skin. The SK-II Facial Treatment Essence contains over 90% of the brand's signature ingredient Pitera, which helps retain moisture in the skin, keeping your complexion crystal clear and repairing damage caused by environmental aggressors like UV rays and pollution.
