Rihanna is a beauty icon in her own right, having worked with some of the industry's top makeup maestros and hairstylists. She has now channeled that into starting her own beauty and fashion agency called Fr8me, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Founded with managing partner Benoit Demouy, the LA-based firm assists artists to book work, from commercials to editorial shoots, ad campaigns and red carpet gigs.

"Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity," said the 27-year-old pop diva. "I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do. We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me," adds Rihanna, "but I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!"

And speaking of skills,RiRi already has a stellar cast of talent on board, including her own longtime makeup artist Mylah Morales, Taraji P. Henson's wardrobe stylist Jason Bolden, Fergie's hairstylist Patricia Morales and Jada Pinkett Smith's hairstylist, Marcia Hamilton. And it doesn't end here, as in conjunction with Fr8me, Rihanna has also started a photo agency called A Dog Ate My Homework.

"Our goal is to have a stellar reputation," says Benoit. "The industry's changed so much — rates have gone down, and clients just grab images off social media, trying to bypass paying artists. But we're concerned with social media, too — we'll take a makeup artist with 500,000 followers over someone else."
