Proenza Schouler to launch a fragrance with L'Oréal

Proenza Schouler made a name in the fashion industry as the 'cool girl' brand, and now they are translating that 'It girl' appeal into scents, thanks to a deal with beauty leader L'Oréal.

The label's designers, Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough, are very excited that one of their goals (the other one is expanding to menswear) is finally happening. "Working on a fragrance has always been a dream of ours, and we could not have imagined that one day we would be given the chance to do so with the world leaders in the field. We look forward to translating our visual aesthetic into the subtle and highly emotional world of scent," said the designers.

No word yet as to when the fragrance will be released, but we're already smelling a must-have.
