Kristen Stewart is the face of Chanel makeup
The actress will star in the upcoming Collection Eyes 2016 makeup campaign
Kristen Stewart's relationship with Chanel is already one to envy, and it looks like they're not slowing down anytime soon.
The actress has been appointed the new face of the brand's makeup line. Her first assignment will be in a campaign for Collection Eyes 2016, which was shot by Mario Testino and will make its debut in March.
Kristen has starred in numerous fashion campaigns for Chanel before, but this will be her first foray into the French fashion house's beauty department.
At the time of her first fashion campaign with Chanel, she said "Typically I wouldn't see myself as being the quintessential face of Chanel" but quickly grew accustomed to it since that particular campaign was for the Paris-Dallas Métiers d'Art collection, which was "very American." Between that and her following work with Karl Lagerfeld, most recently in the short film Once and Forever, Kristen couldn't look more at home with the brand than she does now.
In the first look at Kristen as beauty ambassador, she wears smoky eyes – a signature of hers – and burns our soul with her piercing gaze. No doubt the rest of the campaign will feature similar lethal stares.
