Not one for the wallflowers

Leading milliner Philip Treacy is known the world over for his extravagant, avant-garde headpieces, so we can only expect something equally dramatic and lavish from the 12-piece collection he's doing with MAC Cosmetics.

Imagining what Philip Treacy makeup would look like, Philip said it will be about "colour, exuberance and beauty." He added that the partnership is an obvious one, as he's worked with the cosmetic brand for 20 years and MAC has always sponsored his catwalks.

The inspiration for the collection springs, naturally, from his designs and will feature themes which Philip describes as "a kind of futuristic Hollywood. One is all about colour and the other is a kind of Gothic, modern future." We told you it'd be dramatic.

The collection will be released in April 2015, just in time for Ascot. Let's wait and see if it comes to Malaysia.
