Demi Lovato launches her own skincare line

The singer is adding 'skincare guru' to her already skyscraping career in music and television

Most celebrities put their name on a fragrance and sells millions and millions to add to their income. But not Demi Lovato. The singer is on a roll with her newfound confidence (like, proper confidence, not the I'm-a-pop-star kind), and has just announced her own skincare line, Devonne by Demi on Twitter.

This couldn't be a more straightforward confirmation that indeed, devonnebydemi.com is home to Demi's new skincare line, which will be available this December. Her 3-step kit contains a hydration protection mist, deep facial cleanser and moisturising primer. Highlight ingredients include sweet lemon, peppermint, lavender and chamomile. Devonne by Demi intends to hit all the right beauty notes by providing "fast-acting, convenient skincare products" that befits the active, on-the-go lifestyle of the singer herself.

The starter kit will go for $29.99 for a monthly subscription, with proceeds going to Demi's Lovato Treatment Scholarship, a programme dedicated to helping people who suffer from mental health and addiction issues.

We're sure the Lovatics among you are freaking out right now but you'll want to save your 'heart attack' for next week. Demi tweeted shortly after that earlier post that she has something else up her sleeve. It is about Devonne by Demi? Her MTV The Ride documentary with Snoop Dogg? An eponymous fashion line? Until next week, our guess is as good as yours.
