Burberry plans to launch skincare

The fashion house plans to launch their skincare line by 2015

It’s an exciting time for the beauty world – first yesterday’s announcement from Gucci about the launch of Gucci Cosmetics, now Burberry has announced that they’ll be branching into skincare. The fashion house plans to launch their skincare line in 2015, and along the way have another couple of beauty projects – a beauty box retail concept for Asia (yesss) and a fragrance for ‘midteens’. No further details about the product line, but Burberry is reportedly hoping to become one of the top 10 luxury skincare brands – and only excellent products can bolster that kind of hope. Here’s to 2015!
